Health and fitness' aim is to create awareness, encourage individuals to monitor the food they eat and to exercise so as to stay fit. This topic is to encourage young adults like me to adapt exercises and be part of their lives as I have seen that most of the young stars do not take exercises seriously and rarely monitor the food they eat. Most of the times people eat junk food which is not good for one's health.
The blog seeks to focus
on health related stories that will help people to live a healthy life. This
will be through stories related to good food and fitness tips. The blog will
also focus on certain diseases that are caused due to unbalanced diet food and
lack of exercises.
Health is the state of being free of physical or psychological disease, illness, or malfunction. It is the general condition of the body and mind. When one is healthy he or she will be strong to make decisions, it gives a peace of mind and you can do your duties without any difficulties.
